Karvol Vapour Chest Rub helps relieve nasal congestion, head colds, and the symptoms of bronchitis. The rub contains a carefully balanced blend of aromatic oils that release soothing vapours to help you breathe more easily, day or night.

How to use:

Adults: Rub a moderate amount onto the chest and neck twice daily, or add one teaspoon of the rub to 500 ml of hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapours. Take care when using hot water. Children over 6 months: Gently massage a small amount onto the chest, especially at bedtime.
